Specification:

1. Rated voltage of single heating film: 14.4V,
   Rated power of single film: 43.2W, current 3A,
   Resistance R4.8Ω±5%Ω(R4.56~5.04Ω);
   Power density is about 0.092w/cm²
2. 2 12V JK heating pads can be connected in series to become a 24V JK heating pad, suitable for EEL 24V JK battery kit.
3.  The main cross-sectional structure of the diaphragm is divided into: silicone skin (0.75mm), heating wire, silicone skin (0.75mm), 3M55236 double-sided tape (0.14mm),
   Total thickness is about 1.64±0.2mm;
   The upper and lower structural layers are firmly pasted, and no cracking shall occur within the warranty period;
4. The surface of the heating film is clean, without damage or scratches, burrs or burrs, the heating element is not dirty, and the surface of the solder joint is guaranteed to be flat without sharp protrusions;
5. The operating temperature range of the heating film: (within 2 hours) -40℃～150℃ (the highest heating temperature is 180℃);
6. Wire specification: UL3135 AWG18# Red silicone wire, high temperature resistant wire, multi-core soft.
7. Voltage resistance: AC1800V, leakage current ≤10mA, 5s, no flash breakdown;
8.  Insulation performance: >100 MΩ, @DC 1000V;
9. Flame retardant properties: meet UL 94 V-0 standard (heating film body);
10. All materials meet RoHS requirements.
