A: It depends on the capacity you want, and our battery box can be connected in parallel up to 15 units.

Q: Can I buy a complete 48V vertical battery?

A: Of course. Because our battery kit does not include batteries, if you need a complete battery system, please leave us a message to let us know your needs.

Q: How to set up the battery system?


A: The battery system can be connected to a computer, and you can set up and manage the entire system on the computer.

Q: If the cells are placed like this, will the weight of the bottom cell be equal to the weight of the top cell?


A: Don't worry, the recommended cell compression pressure is 300kgf and the cell weight is less than 300kgf.

Q: I have my own logo, can I print it on the battery pack shell?

A: Yes, we accept customized logos, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement (>10 sets). If you need samples, please contact us.
