Our battery product warranty policy

We always stick to our A-grade product line.

If you are not satisfied with the battery for any reason, we offer a 30-day hassle-free money back guarantee, and you only pay for the return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is determined to be defective.

We offer a 3-year warranty on all EVE LiFePO4 battery products. We provide technical support and troubleshooting during the warranty period. We can provide a warranty on the battery for longer than 1 year, but you will need to contact us and provide your design specifications for approval. Large orders are a minimum of 100 pieces.

The warranty is for the original owner only and is not transferable. Before processing any warranty claim or return, we will verify your purchase.

If it is determined that our product is obviously defective, we will immediately send you a new product. We will cover the return shipping costs. This does not apply to items damaged by gross negligence, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or abuse.

*Please note that every product we ship has a serial number, so we check and verify these serial numbers before making any warranty claims.
