What are the features of EEL JK BMS heating pad?

1.Fire proof materials:

The entire product is made of fireproof materials. The heating part of the heating pad is covered with fireproof silicone. The conductive circuit is a high-temperature resistant silicone wire, and the outside is wrapped with a high-temperature resistant glass fiber tube.

2.Automatic temperature control:


The conductive circuit of the heating pad is connected in series with a 40℃ normally closed temperature control switch to ensure that the heating pad will not fail due to over-temperature and out of control, causing danger. 1. My BMS is not a JK BMS, can I use this heating pad?

Answer: This heating pad is specially designed for 48V JK inverter BMS. The heating function of other BMS may not be suitable for this heating pad. Unauthorized connection and use may cause safety accidents, please do not try.

2. How do I know if my battery is suitable for using this heating pad?

Answer: Our heating pad is divided into two parts, left and right. The length of a single piece is 580mm, the width is 160mm, and the thickness is 2mm. As long as the internal size of your battery box is not less than this specification, it can be used. Our heating pad can be adapted to the JK BMS battery boxes of Gobel, yixiang, Jakiper and other brands purchased by customers.


3. Does this heating pad have any safety protection measures? Are there any safety hazards?

Answer:A: The outer material of our heating pads are all flame-retardant materials. And it has two protection measures. The first is the temperature protection inside the BMS. When the temperature reaches the limit value, the BMS will cut off the power supply of the heating circuit; the second is that we have connected a temperature control switch in series in the heating circuit. When the internal temperature control of the BMS fails, it can still cut off the circuit in time to ensure the safety of the battery.


4. How is the heating effect of this heating pad? Can it heat the battery normally?

Answer: The design rated power of this heating pad is 204.4w. After actual testing, it can heat the battery to 40 degrees Celsius in an hour, so there is no problem in restoring the battery to normal operation.
