The typical capacity of these new cells is above the rated capacity. Nickel-plated copper Flexible Bus bars and nuts are included. Instruction

For better use the batteries,
you can full charge the cells to 3.65V or discharge to 2.5V together and keep for 1-2 days when you receive them.
