  • 1. Unique extra M3 hole design

    1. Unique extra M3 hole design

Compared with most similar busbars on the market, our flexible busbar products have an additional M3 hole design. The acquisition line can be installed separately on the M3 hole without having to be connected to the battery stud. This allows users to connect the BMS signal acquisition line more freely and can be easily disassembled if a problem occurs.

  • 2. Scalable design

The excellent ductility of copper material allows our flexible busbar to expand and contract freely, easily adapting to the connection requirements of various battery cells.

  • 3. Multi-layer thin copper sheet welding technology

    3. Multi-layer thin copper sheet welding technology

The main body of the flexible busbar is composed of dozens of layers of thin copper sheets with a thickness of 0.1 mm welded together. The conductivity is improved by 30% compared with ordinary hard busbars and aluminum busbars, and the internal resistance of the battery cell connection is controlled within the optimal range.

  • Surface welding nickel sheet design

    4. Surface welding nickel sheet design

In order to prevent the copper material from oxidizing, we added an extra layer of anti-corrosion nickel sheet on the surface of the busbar, which improves the hardness and corrosion resistance and prevents the busbar from being oxidized and causing a decrease in conductivity.
