When will I get my order?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with more information after your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Large items are shipped from European warehouses and arrive in approximately 3 to 10 working days. Large items are shipped from China warehouses and can be delivered to Australia and the United States in 30 working days, to Canada in 50 working days, and to EU countries in 40 to 50 working days. Small items are delivered in about 2 weeks.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our battery products are manufactured and assembled in China. We carefully select our production partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and reasonably priced.

How much does shipping cost?

The product price already includes the basic shipping fee. Some remote areas need to be charged extra, and we will notify you promptly by email.

Test and balance the lifepo4 cells

Testing & Balancing

We will test the capacity, voltage and internal resistance of all lifepo4 battery cells. The screening requirements are: the capacity must be higher than the rated capacity, and the voltage deviation must be less than 0.5V. We balance all original batteries to ensure that their internal resistance, voltage and capacity are fully matched and consistent before packaging.

Can I connect two assembled batteries in series?

Answer: This is not allowed. The voltage after series connection will exceed the withstand voltage of the BMS and damage the BMS.

What type of battery cell is suitable for the 48V battery box?

Answer: The 48V 230Ah battery box is suitable for 230Ah square cells. The 48V 280Ah battery box is suitable for 280Ah, 304Ah, 306Ah, 314Ah square cells.

Can energy storage batteries of different capacities be used in parallel?

Answer:
Batteries of different capacities can be used in parallel, but the following conditions must be met:
1. Same voltage: Batteries in parallel must have the same voltage, otherwise it may cause current instability or battery damage.
2. Same battery type and structure: Batteries of different types (such as lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries) or structures (such as flooded and lean) have differences in charging and discharging characteristics and are not suitable for parallel use.
3. Capacity difference: The capacity difference should not be too large, and it is usually recommended to be within 20% to avoid imbalance during charging and discharging.
4. Charging and discharging characteristics: The charging and discharging characteristics of the battery should be similar to ensure safety and stability when used in parallel.
5. Safety: Pay attention to the safety of the battery when using in parallel, including preventing overcharging and over-discharging. It is recommended to use an equalizer to ensure balanced charging of the battery.

Can I use the battery without a BMS?

Answer:The battery cannot be used without BMS.
The BMS plays a vital role in lithium batteries, preventing problems such as overcharging, over-discharging, short circuit and overcurrent, thereby protecting the safety of the battery and extending its service life.
Batteries without BMS have the following risks during use:

Safety hazards: The battery may be overcharged or over-discharged, causing heat, smoke or even explosion.

Performance issues: The performance of the battery will decline and the service life will be shortened.

What should I do if I don't use the battery for a long time?

Answer:

It is recommended to charge the battery to 40% to 60% to avoid overcharging and discharging. And recharge it every 3 to 6 months to prevent the battery from self-discharging and causing the power to be too low.
