What are the advantages of EN BMS (often called "seplos BMS") compared to others?

EN BMS, often called seplos BMS by people in the DIY battery field, has been tested for many years and has gradually won the trust of many customers with its excellent quality. The unique positive electrode control design makes it stand out among many BMS brands. Let's take a look at its powerful functions.

1. Circuit control (positive electrode control)

(1) The BMS positive electrode solution can realize negative electrode current detection and positive electrode protection/current limiting architecture, which can effectively reduce the interference of protection circuit and current limiting circuit on current detection, and has high current detection accuracy and good stability.

(2) The positive electrode solution adopts N-MOS tube, which can realize the fast synchronous rectification solution of current limiting. The positive electrode synchronous rectification is faster than the P-MOS tube asynchronous rectification solution of the negative electrode solution, and the protection is more timely;

(3) The positive electrode solution can detect the port voltage (the negative electrode cannot be detected), which is convenient for troubleshooting. At the same time, the power consumption is 0 in the shutdown and storage scenarios.

 

2. Parallel communication (automatic address assignment)

(1) It has automatic dialing and address assignment functions, no dialing setting is required, and the dialing switch can be directly cancelled;

(2) Automatically count the number of parallel units, and automatically report the internal communication fault of the inverter when the communication connection of a unit is interrupted;

 

3. Number of communication ports (3, CAN+485)

(1) When communicating with the inverter, the same communication port is compatible with two different communication modes, CAN and 485, to avoid cumbersome operation steps;

(2) 485 communication adopts self-adaptation mode, and there is no need to switch the communication protocol, and it is automatically matched;

 

4. Bluetooth function

(1) It solves the problem that the user's fault inspection steps are too complicated. There is no need to connect to the host computer to view, and you can use the mobile BMS App to connect to view and operate;

(2) The CAN communication protocol can be switched via Bluetooth (485 automatic adaptation), which is convenient for operation;
(3) When paralleling, you only need to connect the host Bluetooth to monitor the parallel summary data and detailed information of the slave;

 

5. Inverter adaptation (with 20+ inverter protocols, all pre-loaded into the BMS)

(1) It is very convenient to switch protocols. You only need to switch inside the BMS without reloading;

(2) The parallel communication protocol logic has been verified and successfully achieved three-way joint debugging with multiple inverter brands.
