1. Which battery boxes are suitable for this wheeled cart?
A: It is suitable for EEL 48V stackable battery boxes, including EN BMS and JK BMS series. You can assemble the batteries on the basis of the cart, and the completed batteries can be moved freely, which solves the problem that server batteries are too heavy and difficult to move.
2. What is the load capacity of this cart?
A: The maximum load-bearing capacity of this cart is 500kg. According to calculations, you can stack up to 4 48V server batteries on its basis. (Please be careful not to overload, otherwise serious safety accidents will occur).
3. Can this cart be adjusted in height?
A: The 4 Foma wheels at the bottom of this cart are freely adjustable, with a height adjustment range of 0~10mm. You can adjust their height to suit various needs. You can also fix it to place the battery where you want to avoid movement.

1. Temperature and humidity range:
Working temperature: -15℃ ~ +60℃ (avoid sudden cold and heat)
Storage temperature: -30℃ ~ +70℃ (long-term storage recommended ≤50℃)
Relative humidity: ≤85% RH (non-condensing environment)
2. Environmental type
Recommended scenarios:
Dry/temperate indoor environment (such as machine room, warehouse, office)
Mild industrial environment (no strong corrosive gas)
Short-term outdoor use (need to cooperate with awning and other protection)
Restricted scenarios:
Prohibit long-term exposure to rain, salt spray or high humidity environment at the seaside (if it must be used, an additional rain cover must be installed and the maintenance cycle must be shortened)

II. Maintenance and taboos
Regular maintenance:
Check the integrity of the paint every 3 months (focus on the corners and welds)
When scratches or rust spots are found, immediately use epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat to repair
Clean the surface salt/stains every month in a humid environment (wipe with a soft cloth, steel wool is prohibited)
Prohibited behaviors:
It is strictly forbidden to use acetone and strong acid and alkaline cleaners
It is forbidden to expose the paint to a humid environment when it is not dry (within 24 hours after spraying)
Avoid direct contact with copper and aluminum materials (PVC insulating gaskets need to be installed) -

IV. Emergency measures for abnormalenvironment:
Large area of paint peeling: Immediately shut down and scrape off the rust layer, spray cold galvanized paint for temporary protection
Contact with corrosive liquid: After rinsing with clean water, neutralize and repaint within 48 hours
Long-term storage recommendation: Apply BOSCH VCI vapor phase anti-rust film and store in an environment with humidity < 40%
